A man waits for his mother. Nobody knows where she is or why she has gone. While he waits, he runs through his days amidst the sadness and the comfort of his neighbors, women to whom he is bound by a wonderful relationship, full of joy and understanding. Time goes by, and the protagonist begins to wonder if his mother will ever come back.
