The figure of Jesus of Nazareth can be studied from very different perspectives: there are those who see in him God incarnate in man, and thus the only true way to save the soul; and there are also those who consider his existence as a myth devised by the popish tradition to control the vulgar with moral teachings. In this novel, a continuation of The most intelligent man in history and The happiest man in history, Augusto Cury takes up the story of the psychiatrist Marco Polo, who continues his research on Jesus and takes them to the last consequences of him.
