Description
"Hannah Higgins is a smart, driven consultant. To advance the cause of education reform, she runs for Congress -- but loses, big-time. Voters just can't warm to her. But Hannah and her business partner, Colleen Pickering, don't give up easily. Next time 'round, they recruit a candidate who definitely is a people person -- a beer vendor named Elliot Doolittle. Elliot -- whose unruly beard and thick South Boston accent mask his intelligence -- is a diamond in the rough. Hannah takes Elliot on as a 'project.'
