Es verano en Sevilla. La inspectora Camino Vargas sigue de jefa de Homicidios. Paco Arenas, su mentor y amor secreto, está de baja y ella no tiene ganas de liderar a su equipo y menos aún de formar a la joven agente Evita Gallego. Cuando los cuerpos de un hombre desollado, de otro molido a palos y de otro inflado de comida hasta reventar aparecen abandonados en lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad, los indicios apuntan a un misterioso asesino en serie. Solo Gallego sabrá leer en los cadáveres el macabro mensaje y acompañar a Camino en una nueva bajada a los infiernos.

It is summer in Seville. Inspector Camino Vargas is still head of Homicide. Paco Arenas, her mentor and her secret love, is on leave and she does not want to lead her team and even less to train the young agent Evita Gallego. When the bodies of a skinned man, another man being beaten to a stick, and another inflated to bursting with food are found abandoned in emblematic places of the city, the signs point to a mysterious serial killer. Only Gallego will know how to read the macabre message on the corpses and accompany Camino on a new descent to hell.
